Do you offer personalized or customized gifts?
Yes. Many of our gifts can be personalized with names, messages or custom details. Look for the personalization option on the product page, enter your details before adding to cart, and check the preview. Personalized items are made to order.
How long does delivery take, and do you deliver across India?
We deliver across India. Delivery time depends on your pincode and on whether the item is ready-made or made to order. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you pay, and you will get updates once your order ships.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else's address?
Yes. Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address at checkout. Add a gift message if you like, and the order will be delivered straight to them without you having to ship it yourself.
Do you offer gift wrapping and greeting cards?
Yes. You can add gift wrapping and a personal message to your order so it arrives ready to give. Available options and any extra charge are shown at checkout.
What is your return, replacement and refund policy?
If your gift arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Personalized items are made to order, so they are eligible only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details by email or SMS. You can also check your order status anytime from your account's orders page.
What payment methods do you accept? Is cash on delivery available?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking through a secure checkout. Available payment options, including cash on delivery where supported for your pincode, are shown at checkout.
Do you offer bulk or corporate gifting?
Yes. We take bulk and corporate gifting orders for festivals, employee rewards, client gifts and events. Contact us with your quantity, budget and any customization or branding needs, and we will share a quote.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
You can cancel or change an order before it is dispatched, or before production starts for personalized items. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will help if the order has not yet moved to the next stage.
